LA-based Techno label OMEN Recordings celebrates its 6 year anniversary with a very special edition of their RITUAL VA Series. Hand-picked by label boss, AXKAN, himself, "RITUALØ6" offers 6 incredible selections that represent the OMEN sonic aesthetic impeccably.

Mastered by Artefacts Mastering, from Gio's gorgeous studio in Berlin, "RITUALØ6" manifests some of OMEN’s finest tracks selected over the past 3 years. The RITUAL series continues its six-tracker format with this unique anniversary release showcasing venerable artists from the various corners of the Techno world.

The compilation opens with mysterious producers I MURDERED conjuring up sinister sonics and eerie vocals in “Skin Jacket”. A beguiling flute bridges the track from a steady rhythmic pace into a frenzied, buzzing hive of industrial Techno.

Rising LA artist EAS offers his eclectic spin on dark Techno with “Walk the Earth.” A dynamic chugging bassline pummels through its entirety, intertwining with a dizzying, metallic aural to heat up any warehouse with its underlying EBM influence.

Italian legend AYARCANA left us his last produced track where he summons savage spirits with “Epitaphs” as ANSOME lends his belligerent broken beats and uncompromising dynamics to the resulting remix.

Explosive peak-time stamina runs wild in CRYSTAL GEOMETRY’s “Alborz Range.” The French producer deftly shows off an industrial-leaning modular style. Obliterating and futuristic, this track is guaranteed to rile up any dancefloor.

Poland’s HATELOVE shows off his aggressive brand of Techno with “Riot” slinging twisted distortions and mesmerizing mania. Featuring German-based THE HORRORIST, this fervent track takes hellish soundscapes to new depths. Vocals used by kind permission of RIOT Records and Oliver Chesler.

Closing out the compilation, OMEN head honcho AXKAN unleashes seductively ominous themes across “Lacan’s Dream.” Nefarious, tribal-influenced percussion leads the listener through otherworldly realms for a monumental conclusion.

This EP will be available in USB-stick and digital formats everywhere. This latest "RITUALØ6" is a brutal masterpiece of a VA compilation and further cements the label’s position in the underground Industrial Techno scene—as if one needed any convincing.

Sau Zuk is a very special accomplishment - the worlds of metal scraping industrial and techno come together in a truly gruesome union here.
