Omen Recordings, a vanguard in the techno music scene, proudly announces the second EP from the dynamic German artist P.T.B.S.. This collection of tracks is a testament to P.T.B.S.'s prowess in crafting immersive and powerful industrial techno experiences, featuring two fire remixes by LA artists SPHERIC and AXKAN.
"Dirty Bastard" - A Crunchy Roller: PTBS opens the EP with "Dirty Bastard," a track that embodies the raw energy of techno. Its crunchy textures and rolling rhythms create an electrifying atmosphere, drawing listeners into a world of intense sonic pleasure. This track sets the tone for the EP, showcasing PTBS's ability to blend gritty elements with rhythmic precision.
"Inside My Head" - Offbeat Abrasive: The second track, "Inside My Head," takes a daring turn with its offbeat and abrasive soundscape. This track ventures into the depths of the mind, offering an introspective journey through its unconventional rhythms and harsh sonic layers. It's a bold statement that challenges the conventional boundaries of techno.
"The Bad Guy" - Punchy and Upbeat: With "The Bad Guy," PTBS shifts gears into a more upbeat and punchier realm. This track is an energetic escapade, filled with vibrant beats and a lively tempo. It's a refreshing contrast to the EP's earlier tracks, demonstrating PTBS's versatility and knack for creating diverse musical experiences.
"Dirty Bastard (Spheric Remix)" - This has to be the most driven track of the release. A no-mercy, broken beat masterpiece full of heavy atmospheres and distorted nuances that will keep you on edge.
"The Bad Guy (AXKAN Remix)" - Deep and Atmospheric: The EP concludes with an exceptional remix by AXKAN, who infuses "The Bad Guy" with his signature deep and atmospheric sound. This remix elevates the original track into a mesmerizing auditory experience, rich in depth and texture. AXKAN's reinterpretation adds a new dimension to the EP, leaving listeners in awe of the sonic journey they've just undertaken.
Omen Recordings' 39th release is not just another addition to its catalog but a standout representation of P.T.B.S.'s unique artistry in the techno genre. Each track on this EP is a distinct narrative, together forming an unforgettable musical voyage. P.T.B.S.'s latest offering is a must-listen for techno enthusiasts and a striking example of the genre's evolving landscape.

aagggghh this is so good!! The press release does not exaggerate - Orphx manage to find new vistas of intensity on this release. Sau Zuk is a very special accomplishment - the worlds of metal scraping industrial and techno come together in a truly gruesome union here. The last time I heard this accomplished so well would have been Perc's Jmurph, which is a decade ago now.
Showing some deep appreciation for these fellow Ontarians!! wahrearbeitwahrerlohn
